1. Do we sell quarter and half sides? 
Yes! Our quarter and half side packages are customizable to your needs. Special cutting instructions, packaging, delivery and more are discussed with you to determine what suits you and your family best. 

​2. How many head is our herd? 
As of right now, our herd head count is 100 and growing. 

3. What are our steers finished with? 
More information can be found under our Farming Methods page, however, our steers are finished with a non-GMO peas, oats and barley mixture. 

4. What are our store hours? 
Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm.
